The opportunities for relaxation were certainly present, with the full-service spa offering a variety of treatments that I decided to indulge in after a long day exploring the area. The massage facilities were adequate, helping me unwind amid a serene backdrop. While the location was peaceful, it's worth noting that access to the city required transport; walking wasn't feasible. On the bright side, the staff at the reception were indeed helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process any time of day. For anyone drifting through this part of Melbourne, this hotel could serve as a functional base, though it's not without its quirks.
